Can I Get Advice When I Pick Up An Order?

No, unfortunately we’re not allowed to give advice during pick-up moments, but we are more then willing to help through our other communication channels: phone (+32(0)3 232 00 32) or chat (on our website and/or social media) before or after you bought all your guitar stuff.


What Shipping Methods Are Still Available?

In Belgium we offer free shipment for orders from €50. You can also choose for free “pick-up in store” during checkout on our website. After online payment, you can pick it up in our store (Lange Koepoortstraat 63 2000 Antwerpen) every Wednesday from 16h-19h and every Saturday from 14h-17h.
International shipment remains the same as before lockdown. Find all shipment information details here!

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

Right now, it’s hard to estimate an exact delivery time. It may take a bit longer due to the lockdown situation. We try to handle your order as soon as possible. You’ll receive a track and trace as soon as your order is on its way.

Can I Pick Up My Order In Store?

Yes, this option is now available in checkout. However, you’ll need to pay your order online before you can pick it up in store. Pick up moments are every wednesday from 16h-19h and every Saturday from 14h-17h. Pick-up address: Lange Koepoortstraat 63 2000 Antwerp.

What Will Be The Price Of A Repair?

You can find a pricelist here for the most common repair and setup jobs. For other jobs you can send us a mail or message. Our technician will contact you as soon as he has his hands free to answer your questions.

How Can I reach the technician to discuss what I want done?

How much time will the repair take?

It depends. We have parts for most repair jobs available but sometimes we need to order parts. If this happens we will, ofcourse, let you know.

Can I get an invoice for service costs?

If you give us full invoicing details we can make an invoice. Please ask before you pay.

Can I still get an express service if it’s urgent?

Yes you can. OTS or on the spot service will cost 20% extra. Please note that waiting inside our shop is, during the lockdown, is not possible. 

How do I know when the repair or maintenance job is ready?

As soon as your repair or maintenance job is ready, you’ll receive a SMS from us.

Can I bring my own strings for a setup?

We prefer to use the strings we have in stock. If we don’t have what you need you can bring your own strings.

I want to know the repair cost in advance. Will this be at an extra cost?

If we have to spend time to find out what a repair will cost (open an amp, pedal or guitar for inspection) we will charge you the so-called bench cost. If you decide to go for the repair job we will not charge extra for that service. If you decide not to get it fixed you pay the time we had to spend in order to find out what’s wrong.
