We send your parcels quickly and efficiently to your home or work address and thanks to the e-Tracker tracking system, you know where your parcel is at any time. When you are absent, you will receive a note in the box with which you can pick up the parcel later at a b-post office in your neighbourhood or choose a new presentation at the delivery address.
Shipping cost for a delivery at home or at work is €6,50 and is free when your order amount exceeds €75.
Delivery time: We ship as soon as possible but we have no control over shipping delays. Average time is 2 days for Belgium.
With bpack@bpost, you can easily have your parcel sent to a PostPoint or post office near you. This way, you will never miss the delivery of your long-awaited parcel again and you can pick it up where and when you want. That’s freedom!
You will find bpack@bpost points in every post office, but also in an ever-increasing number of Post Points (bookstores, petrol stations, supermarkets, etc.), so you can have your parcel delivered wherever you want it: in your neighbourhood, close to your work, right next to or in your favourite shop…

Delivery time: 1-2 working days
Avoid queues! Pick up your package in less than 30 seconds with the QR code. Always find a Cubee near you, with more than 250 Cubee vending machines in the Benelux! After receiving this e-mail you have 5 days to pick up your order. The 6th day the parcel will be sent back to us.
