Under the "Luthier's Choice" banner, our own @stijnkenensluthier builds guitars from high quality parts for us, and gives them the setup from hell.
This particular one has a lightweight alder body in a pink-ish desert sand finish, black anodised aluminium pickguard, Dimarzio red velvet and true velvet pickups and a satin-finished C-shaped roasted maple neck.
The result is a comfortable,very lively, great playing guitar that refuses to get too bright, harsh or ice-picky, but still maintains that very stratty voice. It's in the shop and for sale right now – very vibey guitar!
