Danelectro's 3699 is a recreation of the legendary Foxx tone machine : a very agressive fuzz that gets sputtery and almost gated sounding as you turn up the fuzz, coupled with a hendrix-y octave-up effect that gets almost synthesizer-like at high fuzz settings.
